We work with most major insurance companies and are in-network with many commercial health plans. We also accept most Medicaid plans, Medicare, and select Medicare Advantage plans for eligible treatment services.

Uplift Recovery and Wellness Center has limited grant funding through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission that may help cover the cost of outpatient addiction treatment services for eligible individuals.

To qualify, you must live in the Greater Houston area and have an annual household income of less than $60,000 per year. As part of the eligibility process, individuals will be required to attest to residency and income before services can be approved.

If you do not have insurance or do not qualify for grant funding, we will work with you to find an affordable payment option that fits your situation. We offer sliding fee and self-pay options designed to make treatment more accessible.
