Day Treatment

Our Day Treatment Program provides structured addiction treatment for adults 18 and older who need intensive support while living in temporary or unstable housing situations, including sober living homes and other transitional environments. Services are provided Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and focus on helping individuals build the skills needed to achieve and maintain long-term sobriety.

Eligibility Requirements: Individuals must have a diagnosed substance use disorder, be medically and psychiatrically stable, be referred through an approved housing or community agency partner, and have active health insurance or qualify for ACA Marketplace coverage.

Our High Intensity Outpatient Program (PHP) provides structured addiction treatment for adults 18 and older who need a higher level of support than traditional outpatient or intensive outpatient services. This program is designed for individuals who require daily treatment, increased clinical support, and a more intensive recovery environment while continuing to live in the community. Services are provided Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Eligibility Requirements: Individuals must have a diagnosed substance use disorder, be medically and psychiatrically stable, and have reliable transportation to attend treatment services consistently.

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured addiction treatment for adults 18 and older who need ongoing clinical support while maintaining responsibilities at home, work, or in the community. This program is designed for individuals who need more support than traditional outpatient services while continuing to live independently. Services are provided Tuesday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Eligibility Requirements: Individuals must have a diagnosed substance use disorder, be medically and psychiatrically stable, and have reliable transportation to attend treatment services consistently.
